This is a mosaic approximately 3,100 Appalachian Trail photos from my shared album embedded into a single vista photo. The vista mosaic is Lonesome Lake in New Hampshire. The embedded photos were taken along the length of the Appalachian Trail during the hiking season of 2023. The goal for this project was to present contrasts (e.g., the beauty of nature versus human access to that nature; solitude / loneliness of experience versus connectivity during that experience; introspection versus extrospection).
